  5. Enter accurate shipping and billing information.
  6. Choose a preferred payment method and complete the transaction.


    2. Prices and payment

    All prices on our website are in the local currency and include any taxes. We accept various payment methods, including Ideal, credit cards and PayPal. Please note that payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.


    3. Shipping and delivery

    We use third party shipping services to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are calculated and displayed during checkout. Please provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or delivery problems.

    If delivery takes longer due to busy orders or there is a supplier error, we are not liable for this. However, we do ask you to contact us so that we can help you find a solution.

     

    4. Returning

    You have a 14 days to change your mind about the purchase of your product(s). If there is something wrong with our product please send a message to Assertive_clo on Instagram with what is wrong. If the product is broken please also let us know so we can find a solution together.
